What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that your order will not be processed immediately. Instead, we will porcess your order until the pre-sale mode ends( ends on 2022/2/21). This means that we cannot ship for you immediately, and please confirm that you can wait for this time before placing your order.

When your order will be shipped?

After the pre-sale mode ends, we will prepare your orders in chronological order, It usually takes 7-14 days. Once the goods are packed, we will arrange the shipment immediately.

When a delay occurs and why?

Our items are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

You can cancel the order at any time during the pre-order period.

Can I amend my order?

As long as the goods have not started to ship, you can modify your order information. However, once the goods are shipped, the order information cannot be changed. Therefore, if you have a request to modify your order, please make sure to let us know by email and website message.
