RETURNS

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to claim a refund within 14 days of product delivery.
Do you want to return your order, for example because it does not suit you or you have received the wrong item? No problem. On this page you will find all information regarding returning your order.

SEND YOUR RETURN
You can return your item to us by mail. You can do it at simiglighting.pl or via another post location. Please be sure to include the correct return address on the package. You will find it at the bottom of this page.

LARGE OR SENSITIVE ITEMS
We can also pick up the items that we have delivered through our own delivery service. This also applies to delicate items that can be easily damaged during transport. The minimum cost is PLN 200, if it concerns 1 item. If you want to return more than 1 item via our delivery service, this is of course possible. However, the costs for this may exceed the minimum delivery costs of PLN 200. These costs will be discussed with you. If you have used a product in such a way that it can no longer be sold "as new", we are forced to refrain from losing value. Articles are "as new" if they are undamaged and unused. It is also possible to return the package via the insured simiglighting.pl, so that any damages in the package can be reported on the website simiglighting.pl. Read more about it at simiglighting.pl. Insured shipping costs vary depending on the package and type of insurance. Not sure how to return your item? Please contact our customer service for further assistance.

COMPLEX ARTICLES
The team of your article is excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means we bear the assembly costs if you return an item assembled by us. These costs amount to PLN 450. These costs are in addition to the cost of collecting the item. If you choose to return an item assembled by us to our warehouse, only assembly costs will be charged.

RETURN IN STORE
It is also possible to return an order online in our store. After you pay out, you will receive the amount back in the same way you paid. See the Payments & Financial Matters page for more information on refunds.

STATUS OF YOUR RETURN
If we have received your return in good condition, we will send you an email about it.

RETURN CONDITIONS
RETURN REGISTRATION
As an individual, you do not need to register your return for return. However, you must complete the return form (which is included in the package) and add it to the return shipment. This way, we can process your return correctly and quickly. You can also use the European withdrawal form, which can be found here. The use of this form is optional.

RETURNS OF LIABILITY
Returns are at the buyer's risk. This means that simiglighting.pl is not responsible for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore, always ask for the tracking code from the postal agency and keep it well or return the item in our store.

RETURNS OF VALUE REDUCTION
You are only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to define the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

DEFECT OR WRONG ARTICLE
If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our customer service. We will send you a return label by e-mail that you can use to return your package free of charge.
BACK LEGAL EXCLUSION
There are also some items that you cannot return. These are articles especially for you / according to your specific wishes. You can think of upholstered lounge furniture or tables that are made to order.

COSTS AND MONEY BACK
RETURN COSTS
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. In the event of a defect or incorrect item, simiglighting.pl will cover the cost of return. You can send a copy of your receipt to us so we can refund these costs.

REFUND
Upon return of the item, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase amount and any standard shipping charges for shipping. The repayment will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after notification of the withdrawal. We can wait with a refund until we get the goods back or you can prove you returned the goods, whichever comes first. Read more about refunds on our Payment & Money page.
