About Order

1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to over 180 countries. You can select your shipping destination at the cart page of our website.

2. What payment methods does Simig Lighting accept?

Credit Card (Stripe), Credit Card Payment, PayPal, Bancontact, Dotpay, Giropay, iDeal, PayU Poland, SOFORT

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to ship orders promptly, so please get in touch with our Customer Service as soon as possible, if you would like to edit or cancel your purchase. Unfortunately, when your order has entered the shipping process, changes are no longer possible. 

About Shipping

1. When will the item be shipped?

We will arrange shipment within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order. If there are special circumstances, we will notify you by email.

2. When will I receive the item?

We offer a wide range of shipping methods. They vary in processing times and shipping times. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

3. What are the shipping methods?

Free Shipping (DPD or EMS); Expedited Shipping (HongKong EMS) ; Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD); Expedited Express for Small Pieces

4. Do I have to pay tax?

Your order does not include the tax. We are responsible for 20% of any tariffs and customs fee and the rest is borne by you.

5. Where do you dispatch from?

We will choose the fastest delivery method and best warehouse for you to deliver the goods according to the actual inventory situation.

6. How about the delivery fee?

For all our products, we offer free standard shipping. If you want a faster shipping method, please contact us.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can check your tracking information online once your order ships. Or email us to get the information.

About Return&Exchange

1. If I don't like the item, can I return and get a refund?

Yes, you can apply for a return to get a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the item, on any item that has not been used, in its original box and in resalable condition (excluding customized products, bulbs, three same items or more).

Once your return request is accepted, we will inform you the address of the return. Please arrange the shipment of return and this shipping costs is borne by you.

And you will receive a refund of your order after we have confirmed the return of the goods.

2. What if an item is damaged when I receive it?

When you find an item is damaged, please email us with information about the damage (preferably with pictures attached). After confirming with you, we will send you new replacements or products. If you do not accept the exchange and want to return the item, the order will be treated as a return. Please arrange the shipment of return and this shipping costs is borne by you. Once confirmed by us, you will receive a refund (not including express shipping charges).

3. When will I receive the refund? Where is the refund back?

After receiving your return, we will send you an email within 2 days to confirm the refund. Refunds will be returned to your credit card or original payment account. The processing time of Credit card is 3-5 days and PayPal  2-3 days.
